Strawberry, Banana & Coconut milk smoothies

It's so amazing to go away for the weekend in the city and be surrounded by new sights, smells, people and food!  We were staying with friends in the West End and were treated to some amazing new recipes so I decided to do my very first guest post they have perfected!  Nicole and I headed to the gym Saturday morning and left the men at home making breakfast.  We came home to a very simple and delicious strawberry smoothie!    These smoothies are dairy and sugar free and ohhhh so good.  Feel free to be creative with strawberry sauce as the finishing touch!  

Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

*Add strawberry syrup from previous post: Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes

Add all ingredients to blender or use a hand blender and blend until smooth.  If using both frozen berries and bananas you may need to add a splash of water to thin out the smoothie.

Smoothies ready to go!
